We had a record-breaking snow in Dallas on Thursday-Friday. Over 12 inches blanketed the city!! It was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun for all of us.
The view from Trav's office
The heart of Lakewood
Baylor LOVED running in the powder
The snow fell continuously for almost 24 hours!
Sutton was more impressed with the camera than the snow
Their first snowman

The girls got too cold before they finished him--poor thing!
Ahhh, a warm bath for all three babies
So much snow that you can barely see the house

The weight of the snow ruined a lot of trees
Just beautiful
Friday morning was so peaceful
Hard to believe
So sweet
Mr. Snowman didn't make it
Ella kept falling and yelling, "Help you! Help you!"
I love her look of wonder

Mmm mmm. Snow is tasty!
About to fall...

yikes!! It was so deep!

My angel making a snow angel
The airport was covered!
We were so blessed to not lose power, and we happily hosted the McNeils for an afternoon of cuddling, movies and playtime
Sutton loved having boys around
Our makeshift sleigh/sled
What an unbelievable snow. It allowed us to stay home together all weekend, where we enjoyed lots of hot chocolate and coconut-vanilla snow ice cream. What a treat! I'm not sure we'll see another one like this in our lifetimes!
